Happy New Year everyone! Noirish Project is now locked and has been receiving some great feedback including feedback from filmmaker Rouzbeh Rashidi. Rashidi describes, "The acting [as] possibly the film’s strongest attribute, which Devereaux has managed to extract using his rigid formula." You can read the full review here.
The end of 2013 also saw me recording the voice over for a Netmoney Global commercial which you can check out below:
I’m delighted to have been cast Noirish Project written and directed by James Devereaux. I will be playing Miss Haverfordwest, a put-upon doctor’s receptionist in a very witty scene. I’ve been following James’ career for years and its wonderful to be finally be working with an actor-producer with such a defined personal aesthetic. You can keep up to date with Noirish Project news via the blog and James’ Great Acting Blog is a must read for anyone interested in the craft of acting.
On 20th June, I’ll also be facilitating a course with Actotum International. ‘Presentation Skills…for Everyone’ is an interactive three hour workshop open to the public. Bookings can be made via Eventbrite. I also made an appearance in the course promotional video which you can check out below!
Happy New Year everyone! Plans are afoot to transfer Is Anything Broken? which I performed in last year. You can view a trailer featuring clips from the original production here.
I’m looking to gain some experience in the craft of Motion Capture Acting this year, so if you’re a Motion Capture actor or a production company who wouldn’t mind an observer, I’d love to hear from you.
